ENERGY STAR Multi-Family High Rise (MFHR)
To earn the ENERGY STAR label, a new or substantially rehabilitated multifamily mid and high rise building must meet strict guidelines for energy efficiency set by the EPA. Each ENERGY STAR certified building is designed to be 15% more energy efficient than a building built to the 2007 ASHRAE 90.1 standard.
EnergyLogic offers consulting services for buildings pursuing ENERGY STAR MFHR certification, including:
- Administration of Portfolio Manager
- Project certification management
- Site visit and field testing by professional verifiers to meet program requirements
