Logistics/Customer Support, with EnergyLogic since December 2017
Born and raised in a small town in Maine, I grew up on a “Gentleman’s Farm” with sheep, cows, horses, chickens, and geese. I went to school at the University of Maine where I got my Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and went to graduate school at Wheelock College in Child Life Specialties. I focused my studies on helping emotionally and behaviorally disordered children, working in both inpatient and group home settings. I also directed an Early Head Start Program for birth to three.
I met my husband, Terry in a chat room back in the days of AOL. We have been married for almost 19 years. He works for the University of Colorado as a space weather scientist. He spends 30-40% of his time traveling the globe. We have 4 children. Will, is the Tuba player for the marching band. Peter is a wrestler, football player, and actor. Sarah is also a football player and artist. Amy loves to sing and make videos with her littlest pet shop figures.
I came to EnergyLogic looking for something new to do while the kids are busy in school. I like structure and going through tasks step by step. If I am not here, I am volunteering at the kids’ schools, sports teams, or church. If I have any free time after that, I enjoy reading, crafting, cooking, and running.
