RESNET Home Energy Rater Training

Certification Earned: Successful completion of this training will satisfy the first two steps required for RESNET Rater Certification. Please note that the third and final step (minimum 3 Probationary Ratings) is to be performed under a candidate's HERS Provider and is not included in this course.

Test Taken: RESNET National Home Energy Rater Test
*Test Fee: Payable to RESNET at the time of the exam
Required Materials: laptop with wireless capability (if a Mac, must run a dual platform), calculator capable of calculating square roots
Laptop Rentals: available for $50 for the week
Suggested Materials: clipboard, tape measurer (at least 25 ft), hardhat & flashlight
Food: a light breakfast and a full lunch will be provided, Monday-Friday

To reserve a space course participants must provide EnergyLogic, Inc. with a completed registration form and a deposit of $600.00 (half the cost of tuition).
