EnergyLogic offers services designed for the person buying or building a new home. We assist you in every phase of the construction process. EnergyLogic accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Consulting Services - $85/hour

EnergyLogic will consult with you on virtually any aspect of your project. Specifically, we can consult with you to:

  • Set goals and determine how to meet them.
  • Communicate with your builder and sub-contractors to ensure that your objectives are clear.
  • Provide you and your builder with clear language as to the scope of work to be performed to achieve your goals
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to perform quality control on specified work.

Plan and Design Review and Consulting - $225

EnergyLogic will conduct a thorough review of your plans providing you with the following information:

  • Base case analysis - where you stand now with what you are planning.
  • Improvement analysis - what it will take to achieve your home building objectives.
  • Red Flag Report - a list of trouble spots that have historically caused homes to under perform. Written in language for your builder or general contractor.
