Energy evaluations require extensive training in building science. We’re all energy geeks. All our raters take pride in their ability to think like a detective to find problems that aren't obvious, and to think like an accountant to figure out which solutions are the most cost effective. We’re proud of our technical competence with a variety of testing equipment—from garden hoses to infrared cameras. We all use the latest computer software to analyze data and see patterns. And we are all agile enough to move between these different roles gracefully.

Ultimately, our work is to see the larger picture, to go beyond the obvious and easy to find the solutions that aren't on the surface. Our people combine curiosity with diligence to seek those answers.

EnergyLogic is actively hiring at this time. We are seeking both Energy Auditors and Energy Retrofit Specialists. We are not currently hiring for Full-Time Energy Raters, though we always accept resumes from interested individuals.
