Energy Evaluation packages available:

Option 1

Basic Energy Evaluation $200

($100 paid for by your gas utility)

The Basic Energy Evaluation is an audit of your home's energy use. You're certified HERS Energy Rater will assess your home's building envelope, mechanical systems and other energy users and make suggestions for improvements along with offering you the opportunity to have a variety of conservation measures installed at the time of your evaluation.

 Option 2

Basic Energy Evaluation + Blower Door Testing $250

This level of service adds blower door testing. Your energy specialist will use a blower door to test the leakiness of your home. This allows us to determine how much your home leaks and also to find the leaks.

 Option 3

Basic Energy Evaluation + Blower Door Testing +
Infrared Imaging $300

($100 paid for by your gas utility)

This level of service adds Infrared Imaging. This device is particularly useful for finding the flaws in insulation inside the walls and other hidden spaces in a home. It allows us to visualize air leakage when used along with a blower door. A picture truly can be worth a thousand words!
