BPI measures the knowledge, skills and competency of individuals, and evaluates the organizations impacting building performance.

LEED for Homes - LEED for Homes is a rating system that promotes the design and construction of high-performance green homes.

Benefits of a LEED home include lower energy and water bills; reduced greenhouse gas emissions; and less exposure to mold, mildew and other indoor toxins. Built Green Colorado™ - Built Green Colorado™ is a voluntary program that uses buyer demand, market education and builder training to encourage builders to build homes that have better energy efficiency, have improved durability and reduced maintenance, have healthier indoor air, reduce water usage, preserve natural resources, and reduce pollution.
